The Life Meditation Course is usually six weeks long (but can be taught in a weekend residence format). Each class is approximately three hours per night one night a week depending on experiences and questions. One of the main aspects of the course is understanding the practice, identification and how the mind works. Besides the basic Life Meditation there are other meditations that can be done in conjunction with Life Meditation. In fact Life Meditation can be the foundation of any other meditation practice and day to day living which is the ultimate goal of practising Life Meditation: To experience your true nature all the time whether in silent meditation or in dynamic activity.
